Why are some file sizes smaller than others?

Why are some file sizes smaller than others? Upon checking the file, the data ended prematurely/earlier than expected.

Answer:

We confirm this gap with data ending prematurely/earlier than expected for certain days; we just do not have this data. It could be related to some exchange issue or our issue at the time, but we cannot tell at the moment.

Usually it is related to exchange outages or unexpected API changes or usability of the exchange API. That is why we price the data by the file size to make sure we charge only for the actual data delivered.

You will be able to check the sizes of the files you ordered through the summary/files_listing csv file that will be available to you on the cart page. Please check them first before proceeding with the checkout.
